Finally moving on to a new bar...

So I put in my 2 weeks at Cuba Libre. Thank God. That bar is a mess and the bartenders dont make near enough money to put up with everything there. No more mojitos, no more service well, no more BS service tips, and wayyyy less hours.

So I will most likely be starting at Qua in a week or so. Ill be working with Jason, Tony, and some new friends Ive made over there. Seems like a really fun group to know.

Hopefully if everything works out for the best I will apply for the Marketing Werks job and be accepted and make that my career. I would absolutely love that. For those that dont know, I am trying to apply for a company that markets other companies. I would be a Brand Ambassador and travel around the country maybe even world promoting which ever product(s) need this organizations service.

So wish me luck on that please!!

real quick..Have you ever been instant messaging someone on Aim, Facebook, Etc...and as you are typing figure out they are not online anymore..but still decide to finish your sentence for some weird reason...maybe its just me?

(My) Morning Wake-up

Well this is my first blog on blogger.com, so I may as well start will one about waking up.

Why on Earth do lawn maintenance men seem to always use their leaf blower, or lawn mower, or jackhammer (and I dont know why they have one) RIGHT outside my window? Dont they know people are sleeping at noon!!!

My schedule is pretty ridiculous. I usually get to bed after 3 depending on what im doing for the night. Im never tired until around 5am. So I go to bed around 6 or so last night; just up doing random things like laundry, updating profiles, watching Tropic Thunder, etc., and I wake up to a jackhammer. AGAIN. The Ebenezer Baptist Church decides they want to re-do their sidewalks, WHICH WERE ALREADY DONE A COUPLE MONTHS AGO. They had put the little red brick bumps in the ramp sections. (Basically the ones that fuck over skateboarders and the like.) I know this cause I ride my bike on those sidewalks everyday to go to work.

After I put my headphones on and turned it to "Rain-porch" on the Ambiance app, I continued sleep. A couple hours later I pulled the headphones out to peacefulness, just to wake up for the day with a leaf blower outside the window for what seemed to be an eternity.
